This 8 Level Structure contains a 443 seat performance space along with a large number of music practice, recording and rehearsal spaces.
Engineering Dynamics provided engineering design, manufacture and installation of acoustic wall ties, floating concrete floors and moving circular wall sections along with proprietary preloaded damped spring systems for the 100 person choral balcony for this project.
